Meet the founder
Wellbeing has always mattered to me - long before I turned it into something I could share. Some time ago, after I’d created an award-winning nutritious breakfast cereal, life forced me to abruptly stop - properly stop - for the first time in years.
During this time I learned how connected everything is - that looking after yourself isn’t one big gesture, but small, repeated rituals that allowed me to slow down. One of these rituals was an evening routine that soothed my muscles, softened my skin, washed off the day, and gave me back a sense of calm.
That ritual became BellaVida - my homemade blend of restorative bath salts, mixed with pure reviving essential oils.
Life doesn’t slow down for anyone. Twenty minutes to yourself, door shut, before bed - that’s not indulgence. It’s not a once-a-year spa treat either. It’s just what an ordinary Tuesday needs.
