This page covers the little we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your email address, if you choose to leave it in the sign-up form. The form service also records technical details of the submission (IP address, browser type and time), which are used for spam protection.

Why we collect it

To email you when BellaVida opens, and to send occasional news and offers from BellaVida after that. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. Every email we send tells you how to unsubscribe, or you can simply ask.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled and stored on our behalf by Nexus Reach Digital, who operate our sign-up form. Emails come directly from us, through our own Gmail account; we do not currently use a marketing platform. If we adopt one, this page will be updated to name it.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Do that and your address comes off the list, not into an archive.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@sourcebellavida.com and we’ll sort it. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
